I'm fundraising for...MATES in Construction NSW
This April, I’m taking on the MATES Big Lap 2026. I’ll be running - fast walking, and cycling my way through the month, one lap at a time.
For me, this isn’t just about the physical challenge. It’s about standing up for suicide prevention in our industry and backing something I believe in deeply. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people look out for each other, start conversations, and remind one another that it’s okay to ask for help.
Every step, every kilometre, and every drop of sweat (there will be lots) is about raising awareness and helping make sure no one has to struggle in silence. Every dollar raised goes straight back into MATES’ life saving work, supporting workers and their families across worksites and industries.
