I’m taking on the MATES Big Lap this April - moving every day, however I can.
Not for the sake of ticking a fitness box… but to stand behind something that matters.
Suicide prevention in our industry (and community in general) isn’t a “nice to have” conversation - it’s a necessary one. So if putting myself out there and committing to a month of movement helps shine a light on that, I’m all in.
I’ll try to remember to share updates as I go, but may forget. 😉
