This April, I’m taking on the MATES Big Lap 2025—running my way through the challenge all April.
I am aiming to run 300km, or 10km per day to push myself outside of my comfort zone.
It’s not just about pushing myself physically, but about taking a stand for suicide prevention in our industry.
Every step, every lap, and every drop of sweat is about raising awareness and making sure no one struggles in silence. Every dollar raised helps MATES continue their life-saving work, supporting workers and their families across all worksites and industries.
I’ll be sharing updates throughout the month—every bit of support counts. Let’s run, walk, swim, and ride together for a stronger, safer industry.
