And that’s a wrap!

150km over 30 days achieved! WOW! what a challenge..! 5km a day seems easy right?? except when you miss a day because things get in the way or because you’re just down right being lazy, very quickly you find yourself having to catch up 39km in 3 days 😳 The personal push I found myself doing in this challenge was a challenge within itself, but that’s the point right! no matter how hard things seem or how flat, tired, busy, stressed or lazy you feel, just put one foot in front of the other, anything forward is always a good thing x Thank you so much to everyone who sponsored me, my appreciation for you is more than I could ever show! This April, we taking on the MATES Big Lap 2025—running, walking, swimming, and cycling our way through the challenge all April. It’s not just about pushing ourselves physically, but about taking a stand for suicide prevention in our industry.

Every step, every lap, and every drop of sweat is about raising awareness and making sure no one struggles in silence. Every dollar raised helps MATES continue their life-saving work, supporting workers and their families across all worksites and industries.
