This April, I’m taking on the MATES Big Lap 2026—running, walking, swimming, and cycling my way through the challenge all April. It’s not just about pushing myself physically, but about taking a stand for suicide prevention in our industry.

Every step, every lap, and every drop of sweat is about raising awareness and making sure no one struggles in silence. Every dollar raised helps MATES continue their life-saving work, supporting workers and their families across all worksites and industries.

I’ll be sharing updates throughout the month—every bit of support counts. Let’s run, walk, swim, and ride together for a stronger, safer industry.

Gday all, You all may not be seeing this and incase you haven’t, because of all your generous donations, we’re coming 1st at this stage on the funds raised (that I can see)! Thanks heaps, I’ve reset the $$ goal to $2K now and fingers crossed we get there 🤞 Righto off for a walk. I post an image ea day of what I’m doing, day 1 was a run, day 2 the gym. After a long hot day at work getting going isn’t easy, but it’s Good Friday so we’re off and away. Todays pic to come…….
